Clare Alise Warrington
Director of operations
Whether it’s through organizing a kitchen, encouraging a co-worker, or leading a group toward a goal, Clare has always loved helping others. Her favorite aspect of her job is supporting individuals, families, and businesses in Kansas City by simplifying their lives through the power of organization. In addition to loving organization, Clare is passionate about collaborating with non-profits in Kansas City to find ways to support neighbors in need through donations and volunteer opportunities. Clare is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and she holds a B.S. in Family and Human Services and Intercultural Studies from John Brown University.
For Kate, there’s something beautiful about bringing order and peace back into people’s homes and work spaces. Organization is quintessentially personal, so she delights in walking alongside clients with the utmost empathy, creativity, and care throughout the organizing process. When not re-vamping pantries or ordering bookshelves by genre, Kate can be found traveling across the world, learning from refugee families, and reading as though it were going out of style. Although Plano, Texas was her first home, she is delighted to explore life in Kansas City. Kate graduated from John Brown University with a B.S. in Intercultural Studies and Family and Human Services.
